Upon full payment, the edited files become the property of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Junx Edits reserves the right to showcase completed work in portfolios, marketing materials, and social media unless the client specifically requests confidentiality before the project begins.

8. Confidentiality

We respect client privacy and treat all project files as confidential.

Confidential files will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law or with the client’s written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Junx Edits shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of profits or business opportunities
• Delays caused by third-party services
• Client errors in submitted files or instructions

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.
